I know this is late. What made you busy on mother's day?
This four layer delight was made by my husband for mother's day. I suggested that we put some decoration on it and but did not turn out too good. The food color was too red and was making a mess and then I thought of putting the Pringles sticks to write on it.
It tasted really good, after all taste (maybe aside from food safety) is what matters most. Our tummies were happy. Maybe next time when I make something like this, I would blog how I did it. For this pie, the crust was the best of all the layers. We used walnuts, cream cheese, vanilla jello and whip cream.
